- Fee is Non Refundable & non transferable.
- Student Admission needs to be completed before the 1st Session. ( NO Demo Session )
- We follow strict rules for conducting the session, test or any event. Like Reporting on time, No Mobile, No nuisance, No eatable inside classroom etc.
- Any session cancelation or any event, like Bandh etc. will have extra session done some other day to compensate.
- For any Test or session missed by the student, parents can request for class exercise sheet or test paper, meeting in person and giving the same in writing.
- Incomplete forms such as, ones with no Photo, Parents Signature missing in enrollment form & office fee Receipt, PDC won’t be entertained.
- Incomplete forms may disrupt the entitled services from the CLATutor, such as study material, online support etc
- In case of cheque bounce, there will be an additional charge of Rs 1000 apart from the fee.
- Any default in Balance fee will be charged Rs 5000 and Revised fee ( In case during that period fee gets revised)
- We are closed on all Government Holidays & Tuesday is our Weekly off.
- We will not have session during Durga Pooja ( 10 days ) & Christmas Holidays ( 10 days )
- Any student who has joined for UNO/DUO course late, needs to attend the backup session during Durga Pooja or Christmas break, if required.
Declaration: I hereby declare that I do not have any objection, whatsoever in case MindTree Education uses my name and photograph in any of its promotional communications such as newspaper ads, Leaflets, TV commercials, radio jingles etc. and nor will I make any claims of whatsoever in nature.
